"Firstly I must say a huge thank you for helping me achieve my goal to break 20mins for a 5K run. For me being over the half-century it was even more of a challenge.
Despite the pain I must say I really enjoyed and looked forward to every session. You clearly understand how to get the most out of a training session and not push the body too hard but hard enough to make it adapt to the desired objectives. The box jumping was a revelation in what explosive power can be created, and with your gym work focusing on one leg at a time was, in hindsight for me, so logical as we run on one leg at a time!
Your energy, motivation and knowledge is second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone serious simply about progressing their fitness level or looking to a new challenging goal.

"Our workouts had become repetitive, monotonous and boring, so we decided to start training with Pete. His knowledge of weight loss, lean muscle gain and nutrition is phenomenal. This all helped us achieve our goals and increase our own knowledge . He created tailor made workouts structured to our abilities, whilst keeping them fun but challenging. Working out as a pair is a great option as we enjoy the friendly competition and also motivate each other to work harder. As we share similar goals we can work with Pete and with each other outside of the sessions. This makes it easier to stay on track and also share the experience. We still train with Pete to this day and its one of the best decisions we have ever made.

"About 6 weeks ago I went to Peter to complement my training routine. I was in the process of training for my Krav Maga G1 grading. I spent an hour with Peter discussing my needs, as I have some historical injuries Peter designed a program that helped with injury reduction and strengthening of key areas.
I returned to Peter a week later and after a short warm up he took me through the set of exercises that he had designed for my needs.
I followed the program as best as I could factoring in work and my Krav Training.
Two weeks ago I went up to Harlow and completed a six and half hour grading, thanks to Peter's program I passed my grading and I am now qualified as a Krav Maga instructor. Thanks Peter"
"As an osteopath I’m constantly telling my patients how important core stability (and maintaining a sensible weight) is for your back.
Unfortunately I didn’t practice what I preached until last year when I met Pete.
I’d been suffering with pain in my thoracic spine and knew I needed to strengthen my back and core if I wanted to be pain free.

"I contacted Pete when i decided, after hitting nearly 19 stone (266 lbs), enough was enough. I was overweight, sluggish, unfit and old before my time (47 felt like 65!). I wasnt happy with how i looked or how i felt so took some action in contacting Pete.
I started by first session in June 2019 and had 12 weekly sessions. I lost 52 lbs thanks to Pete’s tuition, improved nutrition, reducing alcohol and of course exercising in between sessions with Pete but with his guidance. I have dropped 6 inches from my waste, 4 from my chest i’ve had to buy a whole new wardrobe and feel a million times better than before.

"Pete at Phys Training has provided me with PT sessions for 9 months now. The facilities are set out for an individual or very small group and are ideal for a personal session. "Pete has made a huge difference to how I think about exercise and health. I always hated going to the gym but the Phys studio feels safe and personal so I don't have to worry about anyone else. I train with Pete twice a week which has enabled me to give up my gym membership. I'm fitter and healthier than i have been in years.
During Lockdown, Pete set up an online sessions to keep his clients fit and motivated. This really helped both physically and mentally throughout the pandemic.
